Commerce Preliminarily Finds Indian Granular PTFE Resin Dumped in US Market

The Department of Commerce issued a preliminary affirmative less-than-fair-value determination for granular polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin from India, covering the January-December 2020 POI (Case A-533-899). Critical circumstances were also preliminarily affirmed, triggering potential retroactive duties and an extension of provisional measures pending the final determination.
