Commerce determined that revoking antidumping duty orders on cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil, China, India, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The orders under case numbers A-351-843, A-570-029, A-533-865, A-588-873, A-580-881, and A-412-824 remain in effect.
