Commerce concluded its administrative review (A-580-836) for POR Feb 2019-Jan 2020, determining that Korean producers sold cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate in the U.S. below normal value. Final dumping margins will be used to set antidumping duty assessment rates for subject importers.
