Commerce Preliminary AD Review, Taiwan Solar Products, 7.89% Non-Selected Rate Applied

Commerce preliminarily rescinds the AD administrative review (POR Feb 2020-Jan 2021) for 11 companies, including mandatory respondents ISEC and SAS, due to timely withdrawal of review requests, 16 additional companies receive preliminary no-shipment determinations. Non-selected companies are assigned a preliminary AD rate of 7.89%, carried forward from the prior review under case A-583-853.
