Commerce Finds UK Cold-Rolled Steel Sold Below Normal Value in AD Review (2019-2020)

The Department of Commerce concluded its administrative review (case A-412-824) and determined the sole UK producer/exporter sold cold-rolled steel flat products in the U.S. at less than normal value during September 1, 2019-August 31, 2020. Final dumping margins will be used to set antidumping duty assessment rates for the review period.
