Commerce preliminarily determined that Nippon Steel Corporation sold hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan below normal value during October 1, 2019-September 30, 2020 (case A-588-874). Honda Trading Canada and Mitsui & Co. were preliminarily found to have had no shipments during the period, interested parties may submit comments.
