Commerce Finds Chinese OCTG Circumventing AD/CVD Orders via Brunei and Philippines

The Department of Commerce issued final affirmative circumvention determinations finding that welded OCTG completed in Brunei or the Philippines using Chinese-origin inputs evades existing AD/CVD orders on OCTG from China (A-570-943, C-570-944). Affected imports will be subject to the applicable antidumping and countervailing duties.
