Commerce Finalizes CVD Review on Chinese Truck & Bus Tires (2019 POR)
Commerce determined that Chinese producers/exporters of truck and bus tires received countervailable subsidies during the February 15-December 31, 2019 period of review under case C-570-041. Final subsidy rates established in this review will be used to set cash deposit and liquidation rates for covered entries.
