Commerce Finalizes AD Review, POSCO Dumped Steel Wire Rod in U.S. Market (POR 2019-2020)

Commerce determined that POSCO sold carbon and alloy steel wire rod in the U.S. at less than normal value during the May 2019-April 2020 period of review under case A-580-891. As the sole respondent, POSCO's final dumping margin will set the AD duty rate applied to its U.S. entries.
