Commerce Finds No Dumping by POSCO in Steel Plate AD Review (2019-2020)

Commerce completed its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from South Korea (case A-580-887), covering the period May 2019-April 2020. POSCO and its affiliates were found to have made no sales below normal value, indicating a zero dumping margin for the review period.
