Commerce Prelim Finds Dumping of PC Strand from Thailand (2020 Review)
The Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Thailand was sold in the U.S. at less than normal value during January 1-December 31, 2020, under AD case A-549-820. Final results and duty assessment rates will follow after the comment period.
