Commerce Finds Canadian LDWP Exporters Dumped in U.S. Market (POR 2018-2020)

The Department of Commerce finalized its administrative review (case A-122-863) and determined that Canadian producers/exporters sold large diameter welded pipe in the U.S. below normal value during August 27, 2018-April 30, 2020. A no-shipments determination was also issued for certain parties in the same review period.
