Commerce Finds Turkish Rebar Dumped in AD Review (POR 2019-2020)
Commerce finalized the administrative review for steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Turkey (case A-489-829), confirming sales at less than normal value during July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020. A no-shipments determination was also issued for certain producers/exporters subject to the review.
