Commerce is simultaneously initiating and issuing preliminary results of changed circumstances reviews on AD/CVD orders (A-570-943, C-570-944) covering oil country tubular goods from China, examining whether HLDS (B) Steel and HLD Clark Steel Pipe are eligible for a certification process based on non-Chinese hot-rolled steel inputs produced in Brunei or the Philippines.
