Commerce Finalizes AD Review on Taiwan Solar Cells, 7.89% Non-Selected Rate Assigned (2020-2021)

Commerce finalized the 2020-2021 administrative review of the AD order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan (case A-583-853), finding 16 companies made no shipments during the period. Non-selected respondents that failed to submit no-shipment certifications are assigned a 7.89% dumping margin carried over from the fifth review.
