Commerce Finds Dumping in Steel Racks from China, AD Review Final Results (2019-2020)

The Department of Commerce finalized its antidumping duty administrative review (case A-570-088) for certain steel racks and parts from China, confirming below-normal-value sales during the March 2019-August 2020 period. Hebei Minmetals and Guangdong Wireking were separately determined to have made no shipments of subject merchandise during the review period.
