Commerce Finds Vietnamese OCTG Dumped in U.S. Market, AD Review 2019-2020 Final Results

Commerce determined that certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Vietnam were sold in the U.S. at less than normal value during the September 2019-August 2020 period of review under case A-552-817. Final antidumping duty rates will be assessed on subject merchandise accordingly.
