AD Order Issued on Chinese Mobile Access Equipment and Subassemblies (A-570-139)

Commerce has issued an antidumping duty order on certain mobile access equipment and subassemblies from China following affirmative final determinations by both Commerce and the ITC. The order (case A-570-139) reflects findings of injurious dumping and will subject covered imports to AD cash deposit requirements.
