Commerce Finalizes CVD Review on Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products from South Korea (2019)
The Department of Commerce determined that South Korean producers/exporters of hot-rolled steel flat products received countervailable subsidies during the January 1-December 31, 2019 period of review under case C-580-884. Final CVD rates will be applied accordingly to subject merchandise.
