Commerce Amends CVD Review Final Results for Chinese Passenger & Light Truck Tires (2019)
The Department of Commerce is correcting a ministerial error in the final results of the 2019 administrative review of the countervailing duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China (case C-570-017). The amendment adjusts the CVD rates resulting from that review.
