AD Order on Italian Pasta Amended After CIT Ruling in Ghigi 1870 v. United States

The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's remand results in Ghigi 1870 S.p.A. v. United States, requiring Commerce to amend weighted-average dumping margins for Ghigi/Zara, Agritalia, and Tesa for the July 2017-June 2018 review period. The amended final results apply to antidumping duty case A-475-818 covering certain pasta from Italy.
