Commerce Preliminary CVD Finding on Sodium Nitrite Imports from India (C-533-907)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination finding that Indian producers and exporters of sodium nitrite received countervailable subsidies during the 2021 POI. The final CVD determination will be aligned with the companion antidumping duty proceeding.
