Commerce Finds Dumping in AD Review of Cut-to-Length Steel Plate from South Korea (2020-2021)

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded that Korean producers/exporters sold cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate in the U.S. below normal value during the February 2020-January 2021 period of review under case A-580-836. Final antidumping duty rates will be applied accordingly.
