Commerce Affirms CVD Order on Chinese Aluminum Extrusions in Second Sunset Review

Commerce found that revoking the countervailing duty order (C-570-968) on aluminum extrusions from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The order remains in effect following this expedited second sunset review.
