Commerce Finds Zero Dumping Margins for Thai Citric Acid Exporters in 2020-2021 Review
The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded that COFCO Biochemical (Thailand) and Sunshine Biotech International did not sell citric acid and certain citrate salts below normal value during the July 2020-June 2021 period of review. Both respondents received zero antidumping duty rates under AD case A-549-833.
