Commerce Confirms Citribel nv as Successor-in-Interest to Citrique Belge Under AD Order on Citric Acid from Belgium

Commerce finalized its changed circumstances review (A-423-813), determining that Citribel nv is the successor-in-interest to S.A. Citrique Belge N.V. and entitled to the same antidumping duty cash deposit rate under the existing AD order on citric acid from Belgium. Importers of subject merchandise from Citribel will be assessed AD duties at Citrique Belge's established rate.
