Commerce Prelim Finds Korean Wind Tower Dumping in AD Review (POR 2020-2021)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that utility scale wind towers from South Korea were sold at less than normal value during February 14, 2020-July 31, 2021 (Case A-580-902). Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results before final determination.
