Commerce Preliminary CVD Review, Chinese Passenger & Light Truck Tires (2020 POR)

Commerce preliminarily finds countervailable subsidies provided to Chinese producers/exporters of passenger vehicle and light truck tires during calendar year 2020 (case C-570-017). The review is simultaneously rescinded for 12 companies, interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
