AD Review Amended, Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes & Tubes from Thailand (2017-2018)

Commerce is amending the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review (POR March 2017-February 2018) for circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand following a CIT judgment in Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Company Ltd. v. United States. The amended results revise the weighted-average dumping margin assigned to Saha Thai Steel Pipe (Public) Company, Ltd. under AD order A-549-502.
