CVD Rate Amended for Hyundai Steel on Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products from South Korea

The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's remand results in Hyundai Steel Company v. United States (No. 20-03799), finding the CIT judgment not in harmony with Commerce's final results for the 2017 POR CVD review. Commerce is amending the countervailable subsidy rate assigned to Hyundai Steel under CVD order C-580-884.
