Commerce Prelim Finds Substantial Compliance in 2020-21 Review of Fresh Tomatoes AD Suspension Agreement (Mexico)
Commerce preliminarily determined that Mexican respondents IGP and NASE substantially complied with the 2019 Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Duty Investigation on fresh tomatoes during the September 2020-August 2021 review period, with minor noncompliance deemed inconsequential. IGP will face Operations Consultations under Section VII.G of the 2019 Agreement to address its specific instances of noncompliance.
