Commerce Finds POSCO Dumped Carbon & Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate in US (POR 2020-2021)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that POSCO (as a single entity) sold carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate in the U.S. below normal value during May 1, 2020-April 30, 2021. This final administrative review result under case A-580-887 will set antidumping duty assessment rates for the covered period.
