Commerce Rules Malaysian-Processed Chinese Quartz Slab Covered by AD/CVD Orders

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a final scope ruling that quartz slab manufactured in China and processed in Malaysia is subject to existing AD and CVD orders on certain quartz surface products from China (A-570-084 / C-570-085). The circumvention inquiry has been rescinded as moot following this scope determination.
