Commerce Finalizes AD Review on Italian Pasta, Di Martino/Dei Campi Found Dumping (2020-2021)

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded that Pastificio Di Martino Gaetano e Flli S.p.A./Pastificio dei Campi S.p.A. sold certain pasta in the U.S. below normal value during the July 2020-June 2021 review period. The final results apply to AD case A-475-818 and will determine revised duty assessment rates for the covered exporter.
