Commerce determined that Australian uncoated paper rolls imported into the U.S. and converted into sheets do not constitute circumvention of the existing AD order (Case A-602-807) under Section 781(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930. The negative final determination means the rolls remain outside the scope of AD duties on certain uncoated paper from Australia.
