The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Citribel nv (formerly S.A. Citrique Belge N.V.) did not sell citric acid or citrate salts below normal value during the July 2020-June 2021 review period. The zero-margin finding applies under AD case A-423-813 and may affect cash deposit rates for future entries.
