AD/CVD Orders on Carbon Steel Flanges from India, Italy & Spain Continued

Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking AD orders on finished carbon steel flanges from India, Italy, and Spain, and a CVD order on Indian flanges, would likely resume dumping, subsidization, and material injury to U.S. industry. The orders are therefore continued under case numbers A-533-871, A-475-835, A-469-815, and C-533-872.
