The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's remand results in Yama Ribbons and Bows Co. v. United States, requiring Commerce to amend the countervailable subsidy rate for Yama in the 2016 administrative review of the CVD order on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China. The amended final results reflect the CIT's judgment, which was not in harmony with Commerce's original final results.
