AD Orders on Stilbenic OBAs from China & Taiwan Revoked After Sunset Review

Commerce is revoking antidumping duty orders on stilbenic optical brightening agents (OBAs) from China (A-570-972) and Taiwan (A-583-848) after no domestic interested party responded to the sunset review initiation notice. Under Section 751(c)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, the lack of domestic response triggers automatic revocation.
