Commerce Initiates AD New Shipper Review, Carbazole Violet Pigment 23 from India

The U.S. Department of Commerce has initiated a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on carbazole violet pigment 23 (case A-533-838) from India, covering the period December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2022. The review was triggered by a request meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements.
