Commerce Confirms Dumping of Turkish Steel Rebar in AD Review (POR 2020-2021)

The U.S. Department of Commerce finalized its antidumping duty administrative review (case A-489-829) finding that Turkish producers/exporters sold steel concrete reinforcing bar in the U.S. below normal value during July 1, 2020-June 30, 2021. One company was separately determined to have made no shipments to the U.S. during the review period.
