Commerce Issues AD/CVD Orders on Sodium Nitrite from India

The U.S. Department of Commerce, following affirmative final determinations by both Commerce and the ITC, has imposed antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on sodium nitrite imported from India (cases A-533-906 and C-533-907). These orders mandate the collection of AD and CVD duties on subject merchandise entering the United States.
