Commerce Finds Dumping in AD Review of Korean Utility-Scale Wind Towers (2020-2021)

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded that utility-scale wind towers from South Korea were sold in the U.S. below normal value during the February 14, 2020-July 31, 2021 review period under case A-580-902. Final dumping margins established in this review will set antidumping duty assessment rates for subject importers.
