Commerce Finds Dumping by Toray Advanced Materials Korea in Low Melt Polyester Staple Fiber AD Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Toray Advanced Materials Korea, Inc. sold low melt polyester staple fiber in the U.S. at less than normal value during the August 2020-July 2021 review period. The final results of the administrative review under case A-580-895 will establish revised AD duty assessment rates for the respondent.
