Commerce Finds SMPC Dumped Steel Propane Cylinders in US Market (POR 2020-2021)
The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Sahamitr Pressure Container Plc. (SMPC) sold steel propane cylinders in the United States below normal value during August 1, 2020-July 31, 2021. This final administrative review under AD case A-549-839 will be used to set updated duty assessment rates for SMPC.
