Commerce Confirms Mexico Tomato Exporters Largely Compliant with 2019 AD Suspension Agreement

Commerce found that IGP and NASE were in compliance with the 2019 Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Duty Investigation on Fresh Tomatoes from Mexico during the POR (Sept 2020-Aug 2021), with only minor inadvertent violations. The 2019 Agreement was also confirmed to meet applicable statutory requirements for the review period.
