Commerce Finalizes CVD Review on Chinese PVLT Tires for 2020 Review Period

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued final results in the 2020 administrative review of countervailing duties on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China (case C-570-017), confirming countervailable subsidies were received by certain exporters/producers. The findings will be used to set definitive CVD cash deposit rates for covered companies.
