Commerce Finds Dumping in AD Review of Carbon Steel Flanges from India (2020-2021)

The U.S. Department of Commerce finalized its administrative review (A-533-871) for finished carbon steel flanges from India, covering August 1, 2020-July 31, 2021, determining that subject producers/exporters sold merchandise below normal value. Final dumping margins will be used to set antidumping duty assessment rates for importers.
