Commerce Affirms AD Orders on Cold-Drawn Steel Tubing from Six Countries in Sunset Review

Commerce determined that revoking AD orders on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from China, Germany, India, Italy, South Korea, and Switzerland would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. Orders under case numbers A-570-058, A-428-845, A-533-873, A-475-838, A-580-892, and A-441-801 remain in effect.
