Commerce Amends AD Margins on Taiwan Solar Products After CIT Ruling (A-583-853)

The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's remand results in JA Solar v. United States, finding the final results of the 5th administrative review (POR Feb 2019-Jan 2020) not in harmony with the amended margins. Commerce is revising antidumping duty margins for Inventec Solar Energy Corporation and E-TON Solar Tech Co., Ltd. accordingly.
